We Care Days
Fybe established “We Care Days” to give back to the rural communities we serve in North Carolina. During these quarterly events, employees come together to complete various hands-on projects within our Bertie and Halifax County service areas and beyond.
Some of the organizations served since its inception in 2023 have included:
- Lewiston-Woodville Hive House
- West Bertie Elementary School
- Roanoke Rapids Public Library
- Food Bank of the Albermarle
- PAWS for Hertford County

Fiber OpTICS Technician Certification Course
Fybe and the College of The Albemarle (COA) worked together to bring this continuing education class to the COA – Edenton-Chowan location.
The 104-hour course is designed to equip future fiber technicians with the skills and knowledge required to install, splice, test, and maintain “Fiber to the Home” (FTTH) and Fiber to the Building (FTTB) systems.
After successful completion, graduates will have the knowledge and skills required to pursue a professional career with telecommunications and internet service providers such as Fybe. Learn more about Fybe’s partnership with The College of the Albemarle here.
