Do I Qualify?
- You, or your child or dependent are enrolled in government programs like Medicaid, SNAP, or others, or,
- Based on your household income
- If you were previously approved for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) credit, you should automatically qualify for Lifeline. A separate application is required.
How to Enroll
To enroll in Lifeline and receive up to $9.25 off your internet bill, visit: www.lifelinesupport.org. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click “Apply” at the bottom of the page. Complete the requested information, create your username and password, and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
NOTE: If you were previously enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), you will be asked to login using the same username and password used for the ACP enrollment.
After completing the above steps, you will be taken to the application dashboard. Scroll down and find the blue “Start Lifeline Application” button. Follow the prompts and submit your information. Documents may need to be uploaded to verify income eligibility. When the option is available, select Fybe (Roanoke Connect Holdings) as your service provider. Submit your application.
REMEMBER: Check your email for messages from Lifeline. You may need to check your junk email. Additional information is sometime requested to verify you are eligible for the program.
Once you receive confirmation of your enrollment, please contact acp@gofybe.com with the exact name you used to apply (yourself, parent, or child), Application ID number, and date of birth. Please allow up to 60 days for the credit to be reflected on your internet bill.
